OAF page timeout issues

We are on 12.2.4, and are using the OAF form for customer. We are facing an issue with the customer page timing out even though we have a ICX Session Timeout set to 120 minutes at the Site level. Is there any profile option that governs the time out session for OAF pages or any other alternatives, please advise
