OSWatcher impact on linux OS - cpu

DB: 11.2.0.4

RAC: 5 nodes

Linux: RH 6

How would i figure out if and how much does the OSWatcher process is impacting/putting any load on Linux OS / CPU ? One of the note I read that indicates a minimal impact but my management wants me to figure out.

All help is appreciated. Thank you.

I am running very 30 seconds.

startOSWbb.sh 30 120 gzip &
