Launch Advanced Planning Exceptions Workflow

One of many users that uses the SCP Workbench Query tab to review exception messages is inadvertently running the "Launch Advanced Planning Exceptions Workflow".  We are not sure why this is request is kicking off when he reviews exception messages from the SCP Workbench Query tab.  No other users are having this issue.   Can anyone tell me what is causing the request to launch?
