error with reprot NER doesnt call

Hi all,

we are facing issue

step to reproduce:

export object from JDE 9.1 and import to JDE 8.12
the issue, doesn't insert line on tables of file procesor , the report has NER and call a funcion InsertTextFileProcessorHeader doesn't work on JDE 8.12
