Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. MV status COMPILATION_ERROR, unable to convert COMPILE_STATE=VALID

HI Team,

I am trying to compile one of MATERIALIZED VIEW in one of production database. It compiles successfully but its COMPILE_STATE=COMPILATION_ERROR.

Not able to pin point the issue. Customer needs this MATERIALIZED VIEW in VALID state.
