ReIM user getting logged off.

Team,

We are facing an issue where in the use in middle of any operation gets logged off from the Retail Invoice Matching application (Version 14.1.1).

Entry in reim-online.log is ReIMException: Your lock has expired. Please retry your operation.But in reim.properties we have set lock time as minimum one hour for all the operations.

Entry in reim-security.log is as below:
