Receipt Routing Issue with tools release 9.1.5

  • I have a Receipt Routing Issue, We have Just Installed a brand New JDE E1 9.1.5 Tools Release, Issue is after we have activated Receipt Route and Added all routes , Supplier Item Relationship. When we Receive a Product with Receipt routing on then it just process right into stock. I have setup and tested same option on my other client which is on 9.1.2 tools release and worked fine.  Since this was new setup I have verified my setup with 2 of distribution experts and seems to be setup correctly. I wanted to find out if anyone of you
