Create Accounting issue - corrupt data

Our concurrent manager crashed while Create Accounting was running which caused corrupt GL data with -ve ledger id. We purged data from GL and XLA tables using Oracle script. Ran these programs to collect accounting data again:

1. Record Order Management Transactions

2. Collect Revenue Recognition Information

3. Generate COGS Recognition Events

Now, create accounting does not re-create the journals that were purged. DIagnostics and Subledger exception reports are clean.
