Siebel Upgrade to 8.1.1.14 along with Oracle 10g to 12 C

Hi,

We are planning an upgrade of siebel from 8.1.1.6 to 8.1.1.14 along with Oracle Database upgrade to 12C.Can some body suggest the best way to do it and any experiences around it.

I am looking for the following answers.

1. Should we first upgrade siebel instance to 8.1.1.14 and then do the Oralce database upgrade from 10g to 12c.

2. If yes then is there any recommended documentation or approach available to be followed.

The main reason for upgrading to ip2014 is to enable Open UI and support for IE 11 and FF.
