Rollback 8.1.1.14 patchset7 is taking long time, running for hours/days, no result

Hi All,


We are doing uninstallation of patchset7 from siebel 8.1.1.14. we have executed patchrollback.exe file from oui\bin directory for siebel server. But it is taking too much time and it is still in progress and showing "Rolling Back Patchset Files..." It is running since 18hours and no result yet.

Request you to please let us know how much time it will take to uninstall of patchset7 from 8.1.1.14 and do we have precautions to take for uninstall to execute in less time before executing the .exe file.
