Requistion Hold date tracking

We have a request from business where they want to track when the requisition was put on HOLD or remove from in Peoplesoft. By looking at the trace only the last update date time in the Requisition header table is getting updated which we cannot be considered for tracking. Is there any delivered way by which we can track the same.

We are FSCM 9.2
