Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am working with 11.5.9 version.

My requirement is to update BILL TO LOCATION column of usage lines with CA counters.

Is there any API is available?
