SEPA Mandate is not opening ( ORA-01403)

Hello to all of you .

I know, this question is stupid. It took me some days of time to search for it, but could not find any solution.

We have Setup 3 org's in AR, using SEPA Direct Debit, some of them for years.  Lately we have add a new org ( 410)  together with 2 other one's ( 400, 420)

For org 400 everything is fine. For org 410, trying to add SEPA Mandates via customer form and Tools  we get  "ORA-01403 no data found".  We checked everything ever and ever again. Any clue what we missed ?
