Approvals For Address Book entries in Enterprise one

Can anyone who has implemented E1 tell me how do they control Address Book entries that needs approving by management. We a municipality and all suppliers information and credentials needs approval before trading can take place. This functionality is in World A93. Set up using menu G00.
