OMERROR error for OENH item type

Hi;

In the OM Negotiation workflow, we receive intermittently the following error message

Error Message : ORA-01403: no data found ORA-01403: no data found

Error Stack : OE_STANDARD_WF.OENH_SELECTOR(OENH, 1077215, TEST_CTX) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(OE_STANDARD_WF.OENH_SELECTOR, OENH, 1077215, TEST_CTX) Wf_Engine_Util.Execute_Selector_Function(OENH, 1077215, TEST_CTX) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(XXOM_LANCEMENT_APPRO_WF.ATTACHED_DOCUMENT, OENH, 1077215, 264623, RUN)

any idea on how to solve this issue?
