Can we do a mass upload of budgets using webADI?

We are planning to use a custom approach (webADI with custom interface table and a custom wrapper program with standard API, PA_BUDGET_PUB) to perform a mass upload of Budgets across multiple projects.

Do we have a standard approach to perform upload of budget lines across multiple projects
