Is the context India B of Assets was obsoleted in R12.1.3, As I'm not able to find it. So does this

In Oracle India Local FA responsibility Is the context India B of Assets was obsoleted in R12.1.3, As I'm not able to find it. So does this mean we have to manually add the asset to the block and not via prepare mass additions in Oracle Local Fixed Assets. Pls suggest.
