Capturing Notes in Depot Repair Estimate

Hello All - I have a requirement in Depot Repair Module. For the Return & Repair case once the inspection is performed the user will be creating the Estimates.

Rquirement is - The User needs to capture notes against each line of item entered in the Estimate, and we have a report where this notes should be printed against each respective estimate line#.

How can this be achieved as there is not such field where we can capture notes for each line.
