Unable to Change Workflow Status from Pending to Release on Agile PLM PC Module

Hi Team,

I am facing one issue wherein I am not able to change the Change Order's Workflow status from Pending to Release for all the Workflows.

I am getting the below error while doing so. Need your help & guidance in resolving this issue.
