How to check effect of resource capacity changes on Planning Suggestions by using simulation set

Dear Experts,we are using an Unconstraien plan and business wants to know the  effect of  resource capacity changes on Planning Suggestions(Eg. Work Order Start date) by using simulation set.

For example: Resource Capacity of 8Hr/Day ,Planning suggested WO Start date:10-sep-2015. Due date:15-Sep-15

  For a Resource capacity of 4Hr/Day,what will be the Planning suggested Start date ?(It would be before 10-Sep-15)

How to check Capacity change Results by using simulation?
