Validation Appointments not displaying in the Student Center

I am trying to get enrollment validation appointments to appear in the students student center. 

Here is what I have done from a setup perspective

1.  Page Sdetup SACR > Common Definitions > Self Service > Student Records >

    A.  Enrollment Tab

    B.  Enrollment Shopping Cart Section

    C.  Checked 'Allow Validation' and the 5 items underneath it

2.  Navigated to Records and Enrollment > Term Processing > Appointments > Appointment Table

    A.  Clicked on the Validation Appointments tab

3.  On the Validation Appointments tab i created an Appointment block for the term

4.  Navigate to : Main Menu > Setup Up SACR > Common Definitions > Self Service > Student Center

     A.  Selected the checkbox next  'Show Enrollment Dates Section'
