Patch “8980840” is not applicable to our R12.2.4 environment , we need patch for R12.2.4 version

Mentioned patch “8980840” is not applicable to our R12.2.4 environment .   It clearly mentioned saying the version is R12.1* series and we are already in R12.2.4 higher version
