Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi, kindly advise what could be the rootcause after they restarted their 2 webserver in turn..and end up with this unknown status ...

see attached - attached is showing the 2nd web server . As for the webserver 1 , it 's showing running status not like this attached

Then i log in to web logic console in both webserver http://web1:7001/console/login/LoginForm.jsp

and http://web2:7001/console/login/LoginForm.jsp

both can access...
