Customer name change record history

Hi

We have several companies using Oracle Receivables, and as the customers as shared sometimes this is causing issues as some users are renaming/updating  the customer name .

We used to have record history in R11 to check who has done the change , but now in R12 as the customer creation is web based we do not have record history.

I believe we can check the record history at the backend.

Can anyone provide me a script to check the record history for customer creation history please?
