How to apply the FLSA rule to a semi-monthly pay cycle?
The client processes payroll with semi-monthly pay cycle, however, the FLSA OT needs to be applied on a weekly basis. The check date is one week in arrears after the pay period ends. Within the pay cycle, i.e. 1st to the 15th, the 15th could be on a Tuesday. However, to calculate FLSA OT, you'll need the full week's of timecard history, which would be in between pay cycles as the work dates would be 14th to 18th, as an example. Is there a way to address this with P186401 config? Possibly apply Retro Pay functionality? Please advise options.
