R12 Upgrd: Getting error APP-FND-00874 Routine FDFBDF found no rows in table FNS_DESCRITIVE_FLEXS

Hi Team,

Getting the below error when trying to query the invoice. All invoices are upgraded from 11i to R12.

1.Query an invoice with Tax and click on 'All Distributions' button.
2.Getting error: "APP-FND-00874 Routine FDFBDF found no rows in table FNS_DESCRITIVE_FLEXS."


Even the DFF is enabled & displayed the DFF is not getting enbaled at invoice headers and Lines level.
