Unable to add Planning as a Target Application in FDMEE

I am using EPM System version 11.1.2.4. Here are two major issues in FDMEE which I am currently facing and unable to resolve even after taking help form Oracle Support.

1. Unable to add Planning application as a Target Application in FDMEE :

When I am adding Planning application as target application, it is showing the error as:

a>Dimension name YesNo already exists. Please enter another dimension name.

b>Target application does not contain data balance column name ACCOUNT. Please update the application to have ACCOUNT data balance column name.

YesNo is a smart list dimension, which is reflecting twice in the metadata. And if I delete the duplicate dimension row, the entire metadata gets deleted. Upon refreshing the metadata again, the same dimension gets imported twice. However, in the Planning dimension outline, we have only one dimension with the name reflected in the error.
