Restrict some of the Natural Accounts in the Secondary ledger

As per business needs we need to restrict some of the natural account in the Secondary ledger, Entries will follow from the SLA(AR) as Invoice, After create accounting these will move to primary ledger as it is but these should not move to Secondary ledger, for these entries we are using one separate account and transaction type.

Based on Categories we can restrict entries in Secondary ledger but here we have SLA category which we can't restirct.

If any one having any idea for this.
