Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

Having difficulties with my view in My Oracle Support. Can you help?

I have access to my CSIs but there is no information showing on screen about the SRs against the CSIs.

In the drop down menu I have selected the CSIs.  I have selected problem summary and search - the box says 'no information returned'

I need help please
