Not able to Start ECE_DC node after OCOMC PS3 upgrade

WE upgraded OCOMC PS2 to OCOMC PS3 , post upgrade we are able to start all nodes except ECE_DC node

What has referred to in bug " 21601357 : OCOMC integration with ECE "  - Similar issue I think we are getting .


IS there any solution to the above bug, if yes what?

Can you please brief in more detail what places to look for .


While starting ECE_DC node we are getting ,


2015-08-21 16:10:05;INFO ;inititlaizeECEClient() - initializing ECE client#EOR#

2015-08-21 16:10:07;FATAL;Connectivity; Error connecting to OCECE; Node could not be started, either OCECE is down or could not be located.#EOR#
