Report Manager FO Generator Program (FO Generator) concurrent complete with error

Hello everyone

Has anyone experienced Report Manager FO Generator Program (FO Generator) concurrent complete run with error status?

I checked on the log file and normally there should be a message "Generated FO for 1 documents" but there is no this message.

The following is the log file:
