Is anyone having trouble with the 12.1.2.4.0 OVM image not working - OVM install does not start with

We cannot get the OVM install to work.  Just baremetaled a new machine that came with 12.1.0.2.0 to 12.1.0.4.0 no problem.  We set up the OVM ISO to do the install and it does not take it.  Just reboots box.  Had no problem with previous versions.  We tried 2 different downloaded files on 2 separate machines to rule out bad copy or local PC issues.
