report server startup error "mmap failed for CEN and END part of zip file"

Trying to determine what the issue is:  log file shows OpmnIntegrator:  Shutdown....  next entry is Start process....mmap failed for CEN and END part of zip file and this error is repeated an additional 3 times.  I have tried several times to stop and restart the software with the same results.

This occurred after Solaris and SSL patches applied.
