Error al reemplazar plantillas de monitoreo en EM12C

Buen dia alguien podria ayudarme a saber que plantillas por default lleva la consola EM12C 12.1.0.4.0. ?, por error se sustituyeron estas y no sabemos cuales deben de ir por default, anexo pantalla actual:
