Date column in ERW

I created a UBE in E1 9.1. I added one date column say DGJ from business view and one more as RV field on columnar report. When I run the report in Fat client locally the report creates four digit year for date columns but when i run on web JPD the report creates two digit year. When I download in csv and open in excel everything looks good due to excel formatting. However when I open as text file i see only two digits for year on date columns.We require four digit year on date columns.
