In R12.2 when run Opatch in run file system (fs1) does it copy in patch file system(fs2)?

Hello Team,

I am confused about r12.2  dual system,

When run Opatch in run file system (fs1) does it copy to patch file system  (fs2) or I should run again in fs2?
