Planner JJ19116 install issue

App release - 811 SP1

Tools : 8.98.4

Server OS - Windows 2008 R2 Standard SP1

Hi,

I was  trying to install Planner esu on deployment server, after extraction while I click next I get the below error :

"The following software updates needs to be  installed prior to continuing with this application : Update 1"

The previous Planner installed are :

JJ17943 (PD811 only)

JJ16018 (PD811 only)

And also SP1 package installed properly to all environments.

Can anyone help on this issue.
