Error when run perl adaddnode.pl in R12.1.3

Hi

Our environment is as following.

AP and  DB in the same Server(x86erp5),Because performance issue

we separated AP in hcx86erp, DB in x86erp5

(follow Doc ID 406982.1 to clone AP from x86erp5 to hcx86erp)

Now we want to add new ap node(x86erp3) to reduce AP loading

But when run perl adaddnode.pl ,ORA-00001 occur,

Note: we have already performed the work on note 1435834.1

Adaddnode.Pl Fails With Ora-00001: Unique Constraint (Applsys.Ad_appl_tops_u2) Violated (Doc ID 1435834.1) ★★

The strange thing I found is that it shows x86erp5 as old APPL_TOP name
