Is there a way to track the interchange history of re-buildable items, when changing them between as

For Example:-

Business want to interchange a re-buildable (Cylinder head 02) from one asset (Engine 02) with other re-buildable (Cylinder head 08) from other asset (Engine 07), without taking this re-buildable to store & without any re-buildable issuance from store.

System also throw error ("Rebuilds can only be issued one at a time. Please make sure that the total issue quantity is one") PFA screenshot & restrict replacing any re-buildable without any re-buildable issuance from store while re-buildable WO (on store issuance HTML form)

Business want track history of interchangeable re-buildable (Cylinder head 02 & 08), So please suggest any solution to maintain these re-buildables tracking in ERP
