Siebel upgrade from 8.2 to 8.2.2.4 (SIA) Public Sector

Upgrade Gurus,

I am going to support a customer who is planning an upgrade and I would like to get clarification for few of the queries.

Details:

Current Version of Siebel Application         -    8.2

Desired Siebel Application Version Post-Upgrade     -    8.2.2.4

Vertical implemented currently                -     Siebel Public Sector (SIA)

Current Database Server Platform and Version in the current implementation -     Oracle Linux 5.5 / Oracle 11.2G

Can someone point me to document for pre-upgrade tasks for 8.2 to 8.2.2.4

Please tell me the good upgrade doucumnet for this version.
