IP2014 - Support for old HI Client in Windows XP?

Hi All,

yesterday we have finished upgrading to IP2014 in production.

We switched over a couple of users to Open UI, while the rest is still on AX / HI with IE. They will follow within the next weeks.

Now I stumbled over a couple of Chinese laptops which would still run Windows XP (didn't know we still have some of those machines from the stone-age) but they seem to be not able to run the old HI client!

It seems to be not possible to download and install the IP2014 ActiveX Controls on Win XP. In the Certifications Tab, I can see the IP14 is NOT certified with XP anymore, but from my understanding, there should not be any difference in using IE8 on Windows 7 or Windows XP?
