Sending emails with attachments in background. How to associate the attachment to "Outbound Communic

Dear Siebel Email Response experts,

We are planing to send emails in background using "Outbound Communications Manager" BS, method "CreateRequest". However I also need to associate an attachment to this email. I know the attachment path BUT no idea on how to associate it to the email to be sent using "Outbound Communications Manager" BS. Please let me know if you have any suggestion on how to accomplish this background email sending with an attachment which path/location will be provided. I can not associate a fixed attached to the email template.
