AGIS Outbound/Inbound Transactions

Hi

I've created a outbound transaction from Company A and it was successful. But when I go to see the Company B inbound transactions, I don't see the batch I created. I dont understand why is this happening. I created all the setups based on the White Paper for AGIS found on Metalink. And when I create a outbound transaction from Company B, its successful and when I go to Company A, the batch is missing.
