Tax amount not getting populate on imported invoice that are matched with PO, but it getting calcula

Tax amount not getting populate on imported invoice that are matched with PO, but it getting calculated when Invoice is matched to PO in invoice entry screen

I tried setting the flag on  CALC_TAX_DURING_IMPORT_FLAG and ADD_TAX_TO_INV_AMT_FLAG to all combinations on AP_INVOICE_INTERFACE table but it is not getting imported
