Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Unable to create service contract using api

Hi,

we are trying to create service contracts using the api. At first the process worked, but for a second set, all records are failing with this error;

Error on File creation ORA-01403: no data found

Has anyone else encountered this while using the OKS contract creation api?
