Reporting from configurator

I'm looking to report on some of the information locked away in F3201,F3211,F3291.

Now, this data is not structured in a way i'm used to, instead of many columns per item, the data is organized more or less by many rows, aka segments.

Any advice?

I'm contemplating writing a ube to convert this stuff into a work file that looks more my style, but having seconds thoughts so i'd thought i'd ask the community.
