Which repository should tools be connected to for IRM?

Hi,

The documentation is somewhat confusing in this respect.

It states that you should set the dock repository in the cfg file to Prior Customer Repository, but after compiling the srf off the New Siebel Repository, tools naturally re-opens in the New Siebel Repository.  Does it actually make any difference?
