850 Transaction set_EDI Inbound order

Hello

I have a following scenario looking to populate Order Address through EDI

Say SOLD and SHIP TO is Costco Whole Sale customer , But Costco wanted to route the Order to their Customer ( say Auto zone, it is like Direct Shipment Scenario).  JDE Client will not have Address Book record of Auto Zone .  Costco similary they ask to route the order to Hundred's of their customers Directly.    How EDI can handle this without any Manual keying of Order address to populate in F4706 table, which in turns populates records in F4006.
