display local image on the BI PUBLISHER

Hi ,

there is an option to display the image on the BI PUBLISHER by providing the url of the image , and when providing any url on the web will working fine , but the issue when providing the url of local image (image on my machine) , how the BI loading local url image  , i have tried both slash / \  and also not working ???
