OGG Veridata not available at hostname:7001/console after install, config and services start

Hi,

I've installed and OGG 12.1.3.0.1 as per "Oracle® GoldenGate Installing and Configuring Oracle GoldenGate Veridata 12c (12.1.3) E40590-03"

At step/section 7 (Next Steps After Configuring an Oracle GoldenGate Veridata Domain), I'm unable to locate the service at hostname:7001/console

this after starting the Administration Server and starting the Managed Server

Any advice, particularly how to troubleshoot this situation
